These terms govern the purchase of goods in our online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

General provisions

The seller’s details are shown in the page footer. The buyer is a person with legal capacity. The distance contract is concluded electronically.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include value added tax (VAT 21%). Delivery costs, if any, are shown separately before the order is confirmed.

Ordering and contract

An order is created by completing the order form and pressing the button that carries an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded once we have received payment and sent the order confirmation to your email.

Payment

Payments are securely processed by Montonio. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The order is fulfilled after successful payment.

Delivery

Goods are delivered via the chosen delivery service. Delivery time and cost are shown during ordering.

Right of withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. See the “Right of withdrawal and returns” page for details.

Conformity and complaints

We are responsible for the conformity of goods with the contract under consumer protection law. You may submit a complaint by email; we will respond within 15 business days.

Dispute resolution

We resolve disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may turn to the consumer protection authority or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
