What data we collect

• Identification and contact data: name, surname, email, phone number;
• Delivery data: address, city, postal code, country;
• Order data: ordered items, amount, order number, payment status;
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies.

We do not process special category data and do not collect full payment card details — payments are handled by Montonio.

Purposes and legal basis

• Order fulfilment and contract — basis: performance of a contract (GDPR 6.1.b);
• Accounting and invoicing — basis: legal obligation (GDPR 6.1.c);
• Customer support — basis: performance of a contract;
• Site security and improvement — basis: legitimate interest (GDPR 6.1.f).

How long we keep data

Order and accounting data is kept for as long as required by law (accounting records — 5 years). Other data is kept no longer than necessary for the stated purposes.

Data recipients

We share data only as far as necessary to fulfil an order:

• the payment service provider (Montonio);
• the delivery/courier service provider;
• email and cloud service providers (Resend, Cloudflare).

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies and local storage (localStorage) so that the shopping cart works and your choices are saved. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, which you can give or withdraw in the cookie bar.
