How do I place an order?
Choose a product, colour and size, add it to your cart and go to checkout. Fill in your contact and delivery details, confirm the order and pay in the secure Montonio environment.
Which payment methods are available?
We accept payments via Montonio: instant bank payment (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and others) and payment cards (Visa, Mastercard). All payments are processed in an encrypted, secure environment.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery is handled by courier through YouSend and usually takes 2–5 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number once shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, the tracking number appears on your order page and in the confirmation email. You can check the status on the carrier’s website.
How do I return an item?
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Contact us by email and we will provide return instructions. See the returns page for details.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a size chart with body measurements (cm and inches). Compare your measurements with the chart. If in doubt, write to us — we will help you choose.
