Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a product bought under a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

14-day withdrawal period

You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receiving the product. To meet the deadline it is enough to send the withdrawal notice before it expires.

How to withdraw

Notify us of the withdrawal by email. Include the order number, the item and your contact details.

Returning the goods

The product must be returned within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice. It must be unused, in its original packaging and with tags. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

Refund

We will refund the money, including the initial delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods, hygiene products with opened packaging, or in other cases provided by law.

Damaged or non-conforming goods

If a product is damaged or does not match the order, contact us — we will replace it or refund you, and we cover the return costs in that case.
